On December 30, 2025, Phu My Hung Corporation held the handover ceremony for the Phu My Hung L’Arcade project, marking the completion of construction and the official commencement of operations. The event celebrated the delivery of the first homes to customers, opening a new phase of occupancy and commercial use.
Phu My Hung L’Arcade is located in the Phu My Hung International Commercial and Financial District (CBD) and is a low-rise residential development within this area. The project is developed by Phu My Hung Corporation, with Delta Group serving as the main construction contractor.
The development comprises two blocks, each featuring one basement level and five to six above-ground floors, with a total of 37 townhouses. The units are designed to accommodate dual functions, combining residential living with commercial use. Architectural works, technical infrastructure, and functional spaces have been completed in a synchronized manner, meeting operational requirements in accordance with the CBD’s master planning.
Construction of the L’Arcade project commenced in June 2024 and was completed on schedule as planned. The timely handover underscores the investor’s commitment to construction quality and project progress, as well as its appreciation for the trust and support of customers throughout the development process.
